Securing AI Agents in FinTech
Implementing PII redaction pipelines before data hits the LLM.
Open PDF in new tabFinancial services companies are eager to leverage AI, but the regulatory landscape makes deployment challenging. Here's how we built a secure AI agent for a major payment processor.
The Problem
Our client wanted to use LLMs to analyze customer support tickets and transaction disputes. However, these tickets contained sensitive PII: credit card numbers, social security numbers, and banking details.
The Solution: PII Redaction Pipeline
Before any data reaches the LLM, it passes through our multi-stage redaction system.
Results
This architecture passed SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS audits with zero findings related to AI data handling.
