Welcome to AI Pinnacle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AI Pinnacle provides software development, AI consultancy, enterprise automation, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, 100% of the intellectual property, source code, and assets created for your project are transferred to you. We sign a formal IP transfer agreement as part of project completion. Pre-existing IP, third-party libraries, and our proprietary frameworks remain our property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

We accept international payments via major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and Payoneer. Specific payment schedules and bank details will be provided in your project invoice.

Deposit: A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to commence work
Milestone Payments: Additional payments due upon milestone completion
Final Payment: Balance due upon project delivery
Currency: All invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed

4. Project Delivery

We follow agile development methodologies with bi-weekly sprints and transparent progress tracking. Timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes, client feedback cycles, or unforeseen technical challenges.

5. Warranty & Support

All enterprise deployments include a complimentary 30-day "Hyper-Care" warranty period for bug fixes. After the warranty period, we offer flexible SLAs and retainer packages for ongoing feature development and maintenance.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before our first discovery call. Our operations at NASTP adhere to strict security protocols.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. For international clients, we can accommodate alternative jurisdictions as mutually agreed upon in the project contract.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
